Vestd: Company Formation

Drawing on my experience building GoLimited for Crunch Accounting I built a system for integrating with Companies House's API and issuing incorporation requests using the locally stored client information.

Data would be captured as part of the existing Angular application and then as part of a regular schedule requests would be made to Companies House to incorporate outstanding companies, in addition a scheduled processes would be run to check companies house for any updates to existing requests.
